Policy
Vehicle Extension
It is important that all vehicles are collected by us or returned at the agreed time. the hire period will be agreed at the point of booking. We will be delighted to extend the hire vehicle if we can, however it is the hirers responsibility to contact the office at least five hours prior to the hire concluding.
Driving Licence
All drivers must hold either a UK or International licence for at least 3 years. You must inform the booking agent of any endorsements or health impediments at the point of booking.
Age
All drivers must be 25-70 years and hold a clean licence. If you are aged between 21-24, 70-74 or have certain endorsements it may still be possible to hire to you. Please contact us by telephone to discuss further.
Fuel
The fuel gauge reading will be taken at the point of hire. We will ask you to return the vehicle to the same level. Sorry, no refunds.
Availability
We will make every effort to provide the vehicle ordered, or an acceptable substitute at the time, but we cannot accept liability for the consequences of our failure to do so.
Insurance
The price quoted includes comprehensive cover for the car only.
Identification
You will be required to provide two other forms of identification besides you driving licence at point of hire.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard or a cheque with a Bankers card will be required on delivery of the vehicle. YOU MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK A CAR WITH US.
Airports
We will meet you at the airport terminal. You must advise us of your travelling arrangements by email.You will see a notes section on the website.
Road side assistance
All vehicles have roadside assistance in the event of a breakdown or incident.
Continental hire
The hire will be subject to uk mainland only and does not include Eire or Northern Ireland. Please advise us of your travel arrangements at point of booking.
Price changes
We reserve the right to amend our prices without notice. We will advise you should this be the case.
Terms
The Management reserve the right to change any terms of hire without notice. You will be asked to sign a regulated contract at point of hire.
BOOKINGS BECOME DEFINITE ONLY WHEN WE HAVE REPLIED WITH CONFIRMATION.
